Our DWI program is conducted twice a month. The next available class dates for October 2008 are as follows:
October 2, 2008 (Thursday)...5:30-10:00 PM;
October 3, 2008 (Friday)...6-10 PM;
October 4, 2008 (Saturday)...8:00 AM - 12:00 PM;
October 4, 2008 (Saturday)...1-3 PM (Victim's Impact Panel).
The evaluation is given upon registration and is recorded to meet court conditions and notify the probation officer or the
appropriate authority. The classes for the second part of October 2008, are as follows:
October 16, 2008 (Thursday)...5:30-10:00 p.m.;
October 17, 2008 (Friday).....6-10 PM;
October 18, 2008 (Saturday)...8:00AM-12:00PM;
October 18, 2008 (Saturday)...1-3 PM Victim's Impact Panel);
The DWI course is a total of (12)hours. The Victim's Impact Panel is (2) hours. The evaluation is included without charge.
Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) can not only bring severe finanical harships on the individual and family but also caused
grief to the injured party. Use judgement when imparied from drinking alcoholic beverages and call a taxi or get reliable
transportation. Drink reponsibility and do not drink and drive! Registration must be completed prior to session date.
The DWI Invention Program often refered as the Repeat Offender's Course (ROP) is given every Monday and Wednesday from
8-10 PM or every Tuesday and Thursday from 8-10 PM, as ongoing continous classes for a total of 16 sessions or 32 hours.
The next available class starts on Thursday, September 25, 2008 from 8:00 p.m. through 10:00 p.m. with classes continuing
every (Tuesday and Thursday) from 8-10 PM. Candidates must be registered prior to class.

A Certification-of-Completion will be issued upon completion to suffice license requirement. A total of (15) hours must be
completed prior to a certificate being issued to suffice state requirements. Payment must be rendered in full upon first class
Client's who have taken and completed either the DWI, DWI Intervention Program, the Texas Drug Offender Education Program
(TDOEP), and the Minor's-in-Posession (MIP), are able to request a duplicate original if replacement is needed due to the
following reasons (i.e., lost, misplaced, damaged, stolen, destroyed, etc.). We maintainted those copies at lease three years
from the date of completion as required by statute. Contact us for a duplicate original if needed at the earliest convenience.

The State of Texas Penal Code indicates a reading of .08 Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) declares a person illegally
