Mandatory Court Offense Programs

We offer the Theft Education Program for Level I and II twice a month. Classes start on Saturday from 5-10 PM and continue on Sunday from 1-6 PM. A special one day class is held to accommodate client's in the event of an overage of class size. This is a 10 hour course and continues with the level II as directed by the instructor. A full schedule will be given at the time of registration. This course is design from a consumer view with the retailer's cost of going business as well as the consequences and ethical dilema a defendent is face with.

The theft prevention classes are scheduled on weekends. The next Theft Prevention sessions are scheduled as follows: October 11-12, 2008...(Saturday 12-5 PM) continuing on (Sunday 12-5 PM); and October 26, 2008...(Sunday) one day class, from 9-6 PM. Level two will be scheduled upon class time. Level I must be totally completed before attending Level II. Upon completion of the Theft Intervention Program, a certificate of completion will be issued for court submission. The client must render payment-in-full upon the first day of class. Please bring a brown bag (lunch) or snacks. Breaks will be provided between modules.

The Minor's-in-Possession Program is offered twice a month on Saturday's and Sunday's from 9:00 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. The next class schedule is as follows: Saturday/Sunday: October 11-12, 2008; 9AM-12PM. Saturday/Sunday: October 25-26, 2008; 9AM-12PM. This class is mandatory for court requirement for Minor's who are cited with possession of alcoholic beverages or in the possession of tobaccaco products illegally.
